Service Description

Can be stand-alone service for MASS renewals of known clients, or at follow-up from initial comprehensive continence assessment. This is a direct service fee for private clients. If client is eligible for CHSP or DVA funding - please call to arrange referral to RSL HomeCare to be seen under that funding (you are not able to receive this service privately).
