This service is owned and managed by an experienced clinical nurse continence advisor, giving you the confidence that the advice and education provided is current, relevant and authentic. This service does not receive any government funding (private fees apply), but you may be able to access it via the NDIS or brokerage through your care package. DVA Gold Card holders need to be referred to Bolton Clarke At Home Support (formerly known as RSL Home Care Wide Bay) by their GP using a D904 form.

Assessments of clients in their own home provides individualised and personalised continence management options, or if you prefer assessments can be undertaken at your workplace, school, centre, or even at a park or coffee shop! Rest assured that you are under the care of a professional nurse who will respect your dignity and advocate for your right to be autonomous and responsible for your own or your child's health outcomes.

Education sessions are provided to care staff including personal carers, aides, support workers, Enrolled and Registered Nurses. The education is always current, relevant, uses Best Practice Guidelines and contributes to your nursing registration responsibilities as defined by AHPRA. The sessions contain educational videos, manikins, product samples, competencies and certificates of attendance in order to contribute to all nurse's continuing professional development obligations.
